The mobile app runs on any Android device (Android 8.0+). The web dashboard works on all modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. There is no iOS app currently, but the web dashboard is fully mobile-responsive.

Yes. The delivery module works completely offline. All data saves to the local device and auto-syncs to the cloud when internet is available, so runners never lose data even in areas with poor connectivity.

SmartCourier uses device-based authentication, encrypted cloud storage on secure servers, and SQL Server with parameterized queries. Every sync uses UUID codes to prevent duplicates, and your data is hosted on your own cloud server — infrastructure is never shared across customers.
